Leisure time
In this photographic series the artist is investigating the typology of leisure time. She is interested in recording public spaces (parks, beaches, restaurants, cafes) that host or suggest leisure time. In this context she depicts the appearance of people in these spaces, describing also the degrees and qualities of absorption, relaxedness and stillness that prevail. Her photographs also explore the implicit or explicit political connotations of this leisure-time geography.
